I think we may be at the end of our house hunting adventures for the time being. We found another house we really liked last week but when our realtor did a little research, there were already 14 other offers - the property had only been listed for 4 days. This keeps happening. Trying to purchase a home ebay style - not fun.We have offers in on two more places and if those don't pan out, I guess we'll be renting for another couple of years and dream about the perfect house we will build in the mountains of Colorado after Tom finishes his MBA.
